TWO MINUTES THOUGHT: 2

When in the springtime of the year,

A time when the trees are all embodied with leave

When the oak and ash and the yew all aredressed in their ribbons fair

When the breatheless moon is called by the owls

All in the dark of the night

Then the shadow of the tree appears amidst the lantern light

Only then, we realized that we have been rambling all night,

Farther and further into the night

With no despair or lost of hope

Returning back now, the songs of the birds are all up

All their voices heard even long past the woodland days

Slowly the journey fades away

All shades are gone

We are are still standing tall

Because we have found that inner peace

One Response to TWO MINUTES THOUGHT: 2

  1. There’s nothing more soothing than finding inner peace. I always try not to lose mine…although circumstances could be unpredictable at times. Nicely done.

    Cheers!
